Bryan Nyce

Bryan Nyce

Principal PM Manager, Skype Product Group Microsoft

Bryan has been working within the technology space for over 15 years, and joined Microsoft in 2011 as an Architect in the MCS Voice Center of Excellence. As an Architect, he helped drive Lync and Skype deployments and adoptions within the US, as well as drive readiness through the Elite Week programs for Neptune partners, while also presenting and developing curriculum for Skype for Business at events including Ignite, Lync Conference, TechEd and Masters. In 2016 Bryan joined the Skype Product Group as a Principal PM Manager, leading a team focused on product readiness and managed services partner development.

Prior to working with Microsoft, he worked with multiple Microsoft Gold Partners as a Senior Principal Consultant/Architect, focusing on Unified Communications design and deployments (OCS/Lync/Exchange), in addition to other Microsoft infrastructure technologies. As a technical lead, Bryan’s areas of expertise spanned many Microsoft technologies, as well other technologies from manufacturers such as Cisco (routing/switching/voice/security), VMware, EMC, F5 and Citrix. Bryan completed his MCSM: Communications certification, and holds his Masters certification for Lync Server 2010.

Alan Maddison

Solutions Architect, Office 365 Center of Excellence Microsoft

Alan is currently a Solutions Architect in the Office 365 Center of Excellence. As an 18 year IT professional with 11 years in Consulting he has represented Microsoft, Dell, HP, VMware, EMC and Fujitsu. He joined Microsoft in November 2010 specializing in Unified Communications. Alan has written numerous articles for publications such as Microsoft Architecture Journal, TechNet Magazine, Redmond Magazine, and In addition Alan has presented at Microsoft conferences around the world. He is also a Lync 2010/2013 Microsoft Certified Master.

Wayne Lewis

Wayne Lewis

Wayne Lewis has worked at Microsoft for over 17 years serving in roles across Microsoft IT, Microsoft Consulting Services and Office 365 Marketing. Wayne worked on the team who installed, configured and deployed Lync Enterprise Voice across the globe to over 120,000 end users. Wayne also contributed to many of the Enterprise Voice whitepapers that are available on IT Showcase. Wayne managed a group of Service Managers who were responsible for many Microsoft services including Active Directory, Exchange, SharePoint, and Skype for Business. Wayne led efforts in Microsoft Services to create offerings across the Skype for Business landscape and is now responsible for the partner readiness programs across the Office 365 landscape.
